POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS.
📖 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they love not their lives unto the death. Revelation 12:11.
Beloved, the blood of Jesus is dynamic and able to accomplish far more than we can ever think. Our redemption was made possible by the shed blood of Jesus Christ. The power in the blood of Jesus Christ represents the ultimate covenant of redemption, providing believers with complete victory over sin, sickness, and demonic oppression.
In Biblical context, “blood” represents life given as a sacrifice. It fulfills the Old Testament sacrificial system. In the Old Testament, God required blood sacrifices for atonement. In Leviticus 17:11. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life”.
In Hebrews 9:22. “Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins.”
Animals’ blood only covered sin temporarily. Jesus’ blood was the final, once-for-all sacrifice. He entered heaven “not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption for mankind. ‘In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses.’ You were “ransomed… with the precious blood of Christ”.
“The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness”. It purifies the conscience from “dead works to serve the living God. ‘You who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ”. Before, sin separated us from God. The blood removes that barrier. ‘They have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony”. The blood breaks accusation and demonic claims because the debt is fully paid.
At the Last Supper Jesus said, “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins”. His blood inaugurates the new covenant which Prophet Jeremiah prophesied.The power isn’t in the physical blood itself but in who Jesus is and what His death accomplished. God’s justice and mercy met at the cross.
The power in the blood of Jesus is the power of His atoning death to forgive sin, cleanse guilt, reconcile us to God, and defeat the enemy’s claims against us.
When a battle appear to overwhelmed you, confront it with the Blood of Jesus and the demon or challenges will give way. Whenever you don’t know what to pray, plead the BLOOD OF JESUS. The BLOOD OF JESUS is the last card, as far as battles of life are concerned. Whenever the devil is confronted with the Blood, the devil must submit to the blood.
When you obey the word of God, the blood of Jesus will speak for you. Obedience to the word of God is one of the powerful weapon in this kingdom. When the blood of Jesus appears in your situation, it sets you free. Blood of Jesus can take you from the valley to the mountain top. Also, without your faith, the Blood of Jesus cannot work for you. So you need faith in Jesus to activate the power In His blood.
When you plead the Blood of Jesus, it destroy the power of sin, sickness, diseases, and all satanic afflictions. YOU ARE MORE THAN VICTORIOUS BECAUSE OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS.
