FORGIVENESS IS POWERFUL PT1
📖 Matthew 6:14-15 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Dear friend, as believers, we must make up our minds to obey all of God’s commands. For you to fulfill purpose, you must live out God’s word without any reservation. The instruction from our opening scripture is very clear. FORGIVENESS starts with God’s mercy and grace through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Please stop and ponder who have offended you and release them now so that your prayer is not hindered.
In Colossians 3:13. Forbearing one another and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Many professing Christians boasts that they will never forgive those who hurt them. This is as a result of lack of understanding of God’s word. By the sacrifice of the shed blood of Jesus, we received forgiveness of sins, and we are admonished to forgive others. Some unbelievers have a lists of those whom they have vowed never to forgive. Many bear grudges against another and expects God to answer their prayers. Jesus, while on earth, never bore grudges and malice. He lived an exemplary life of love. I pray that you receive grace to forgive those who have offended you in Jesus’ name.

*Father thank You for forgiven my sins and iniquity.
*Lord have mercy upon me.
*I receive grace to forgive those who wronged me.
- I receive grace to live above offenses.
- Lord, I receive humility to appreciate others around me in the name of Jesus Christ.
