THEME- STRATEGIES FOR CHURCH GROWTH AND EXPANSION.

OBJECTIVE – For us to understand that we are in the era of addition of multitudes in the body of Christ, and any Bible believing church/ministry who commits to Kingdom principles attracts multitudes, not for show, but for divine establishment.
Text – Micah 4:1-2.
1 Chronicles 12:32a- The sons of Issachar, who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.
We must therefore, have the understanding of this season to know what Zion ought to do to establish multitudes in our assembly. Zechariah 8:23.
It’s important to note that multitudes are in classes.
- THE MULTITUDE. Mark 2:13.
2.GREAT MULTITUDE – Mathew 4:25.
3.VERY GREAT MULTITUDE – Mark 8:1-3.
4.INNUMERABLE MULTITUDE- Luke 12:1.
Note- We had the word Multitude mentioned by four tribes during the training, namely Ibibio, igbo, edo and yoruba languages.
The multitudes are people’s from several ethnic groups, tongues, dialects and languages.
Why multitude?
2 Peter 3:9… that all should come to repentance.
STRATEGIES /KEYS FOR CHURCH GROWTH AND EXPANSION.
- Be strong in the Lord– Ephesians 6:10-13.
Build spiritual strength. Luke 1:80. - Have a clear vision for church growth… As far as your eyes can see.
Our disposition concerning the 2000 INGATHERING is key - BE STRONG IN THE WORD – Jeremiah 3:15-16.
Acts 6:7, And the word of God increased and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly….
- BE STRONG IN FAITH – Ephesians 6:16.
- LET YOUR MOTIVES BE RIGHT-
Have a rescue mentality in your drive, not to make a name.
2 Chronicles 25:2, Amaziah did what was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart.
Let the rescue of the multitude be your motivation.
- BE MEEK IN SPIRIT – Mathew 5:5.
Moses as an example.
Numbers 11:3…Moses was very meek…
Exodus 11:3…Moses was very great… - BE SPIRITUALLY SENSITIVE – There are phases in life, there are also phases in ministry.
- YOU MUST BE LOVING AND COMPASSIONATE. Paul to the Corinthians, I seek not yours but you… 2 Corinthians 12:14.
- YOU MUST BE WISE AND DISCREET – 1 Corinthians 3:9.
- Strategic outreaches and crusades as instructed by the Lord of the Harvests.
Conclusion – By the grace of God, as we play our part, God’s integrity is committed for the full delivery of our church growth /in gathering agenda.
Jesus is Lord.
